Try to remove admin permission over these exe files and run as a normal user, if the cmd for the hypervisor executable shows up then dismisses and nothing else happens.
Install the game.
Before ANYTHING ELSE, go to directory: Stellar Blade\SB\Binaries\Win64
Look for these executable files:
hypervisor-launcher.exe
SB-Win64-Shipping.exe
Right click on each, select 'Properties', click on 'Compatibility' tab on top, uncheck 'Run this program as an administrator' and click OK.
Then run the instructions.
